1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using vFashion, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This application is intended for authorized users participating in vFashion educational programs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify vFashion of any unauthorized use of your account at vfashionnbusiness@gmail.com.

Single Device Policy: To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized sharing, our system enforces a single active session policy. If a login is detected from another device, your current session may be automatically terminated. You will receive a push notification when this occurs.

3. Subscription and Content Access

• Access to courses and media content (videos and PDFs) is granted exclusively based on approved subscriptions.
• Subscription approvals are handled by the vFashion administration and are subject to their sole discretion.
• All content provided through the vFashion platform — including videos, PDFs, course materials, and related resources — is provided for viewing only.
• Any attempt to download, record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, or otherwise replicate our proprietary content without explicit written authorization from vFashion is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
• Content is delivered through time-limited signed URLs specifically to prevent unauthorized access and distribution.
• Subscription fees, once paid and the subscription is activated, are generally non-refundable. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

4. User Conduct

By using vFashion, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile updates.
• Use the service only for its intended educational purposes.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Not distribute unauthorized referral codes or attempt to gain access to the platform through fraudulent means.
• Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any content security systems, digital rights management, or technical protection measures.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the vFashion platform or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the vFashion platform, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, course materials, the vFashion logo, brand identity, and all related intellectual property, is owned by vFashion and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only. This license does not include the right to download, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works.

6. Software Updates

The vFashion app includes an automated update service. We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security vulnerabilities.

In certain cases — particularly for critical security updates — we may issue a "Force Update" that must be installed before you can continue using the service. By using vFashion, you acknowledge and accept this update mechanism.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vFashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

vFashion reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the service, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Expiration or non-renewal of your active subscription.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to bypass content security systems.
• Any other conduct that vFashion, in its sole discretion, deems harmful.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
